We talk a lot about onboarding new members to organizations on this blog! We’ve talked about the importance of welcome emails. We have a list of things you should include in your welcome email. We even have examples of some stellar welcome emails around the web

But we know you’re busy, and maybe it makes more sense to have some templates that are ready to go for your newest organization. If you’re looking for something a little more polished that you can use right away as your welcome email, we’ve created three different templates for you!

Short And Sweet

The Short and Sweet template is best for organizations that have members that receive a high number of emails every day like trade associations, alumni groups, and professional associations. Since your members are likely inundated with many different messages all day, keep your welcome email quick and easy to scan.

Excited To Meet You!

This template is great for many different organizations, and super flexible as well! For growing organizations, this template is a great way to send folks to your social media to get conversations started. For larger, more established organizations, your social media inclusion is your social proof that your members have made the right decision in joining.
