We've added support for Strong Customer Authentication -- a new payment regulation for Organizations based in the European Union and selling to members who are also based in the European Union.
We've received a few inquiries about this new regulation, so this update is to address concerns and ensure our Organizations that we've made the required changes that make sure they are covered.
If your Organization is not based in the European Union, then this does not apply to you.
