Organizations can now set different Taxes and Fees for individual Membership Types.

With your Organization's Dashboard, you can now set individual Tax or Fee rates by Membership Type.
This was requested by Organizations who have different types of Products for Membership Types, some that are VAT exempt and some that require VAT collection.
