Save Custom Membership Reports

Join It makes it easy to save frequently run membership reports, so that you easily have all the information you need at your fingertips.

Today, we've released the ability for organization admins to save the settings of their frequently run membership reports!

Within Join It, reports can be customized by: 

  • Optionally filtering your Memberships to create a segment based on: 
  • Membership Type
  • Membership Status (e.g. Pending, Active, Cancelled, etc.)
  • Joined Date (Date the Member Joined)
  • Expiration Date (Date the Membership Expires)
  • Select the content of the report: 
  • Membership Info (e.g. Membership Type, Re-billing Date)
  • Default Fields (e.g. Address, Company, Job Title)
  • Custom Fields (any custom fields created by the Organization admins)
  • Admins-only Fields (any admin-only fields created by the Organization admins)

And now organization admins can save their selections from the above, to make it easy to save frequently run membership reports. 

This is another feature that comes directly from our Feedback board, chosen directly by our customers.
