When you’re looking for a membership management solution, there are many different tools to consider! Some offer integrations with tools that you’re already using, some require setup fees, others provide ongoing support and make your onboarding process easy. How do you choose? We can help.

Join It

Join It offers easy setup, flexible plans, and multiple integrations which make it the ideal solution for many different groups like alumni associations, nonprofits, gyms, car clubs, and more. Join It will process member payments and renewals, so you don’t have to, and integrates with tools like MailChimp and Eventbrite. Once you’re up and running, customer support is always there for you in addition to a robust library of help documents. Pricing starts at $29/month with discounts for annual payments and nonprofit organizations.

NeonCRM

Billing itself as more of a nonprofit software system than anything else, NeonCRM offers fundraising support, payment processing, and an additional service called Neon One specifically made to work with nonprofits. NeonCRM does integrate with MailChimp and Eventbrite along with other services, but any additional support after the initial setup is an additional fee. Starting packages begin at $99/month.

Hivebrite

Hivebrite is meant to be a one-stop shop for membership management. As such, It doesn’t integrate with any existing tools you may already be using and offers yearly contracts that begin at $5,000 per year, depending on the size of your organization. It’s quite a robust tool, though the upfront cost may be difficult for smaller organizations.

YourMembership

YourMembership, like Hivebrite, is an all-in-one solution and doesn’t integrate with existing tools. YourMembership offers membership management, as well as a learning management system and career center for organizations that need more resources for members. Ongoing support is free once setup is complete, but your initial setup will start at $5,990, with $2,459 of that being a one-time setup fee.

TidyHQ

TidyHQ is a solution particularly for organizations that need help streamlining administrative tasks. It combines invoicing, emails, meetings, documentation, and task management in one user interface. While it doesn’t integrate with Eventbrite, it does offer integration with a few other tools, and ongoing support is included with your membership. Starting prices begin at $79/month.

Wild Apricot

Wild Apricot is a heavy-hitter in the membership management game. Recently acquired by Personify, Wild Apricot offers event management, payment processing, and event management, though it doesn’t offer integration with MailChimp or Eventbrite. Ongoing support is free after setup. They do offer a free plan, but once your account passes 50 members, fees start at $48/month.
